We charge Rs. 1000 towards exam fees that students will be required to pay online through our secure payment gateway using online bank transfer/credit card/debit card. Please read this cancellation and refund policy carefully before making payment.
The amount of exam fees of Rs. 1000 is a one time fee payable for the exam that will be conducted by the appropriate authority. Once we receive your payment it is transmitted onwards to the institution conducting the exam and once payment is made to them the amount is non-refundable.
However, we may consider cancellation requests if made well in time before the amount is paid to the institution conducting the exam. Cancellation of your intention to attend the exam must be intimated within 36 hours of making payment to us if you want to receive full refund. Any cancellation made after this period will not make you eligible for any refund. If you do not attend the exam you forfeit the amount. Refund requests cannot be considered if received 36 hours after making and after the amount has been transmitted onwards to the institution conducting the exam. If the amount is being held by us and your name has not been formally registered with the institution and if we have not made payment to them, then, and in such circumstances, we shall refund the amount in full.
If and when and where refund is applicable then such refunds will be made the same route as when payments were made. For example, if you made payment by net banking or bank transfer, the refund will be credited to your account by online bank transfer to the account number provided by you. If you made payment by credit card or debit card then the payment will be reversed the same way to the same card number, name and account. We shall not entertain any request to make refund any other way. Any incidental charges levied by banks or processing agencies shall be deducted from the refund amount and are to the user’s account.
